Study on polyurethane-based porous materials and their adsorption properties

چکیده
The flexible superhydrophobic thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU) porous material was prepared by heat-induced phase separation method with two cooling steps. influence of the preparation process on microstructure discussed in depth. microstructure, hydrophobicity and specific surface area TPU materials were analyzed detail. wettability, selectivity, saturated adsorption capacity rate, mechanical properties, environmental adaptability cyclic properties studied.The results show that TPU-8% monolithic shows good performance when polymer concentration is 8%, temperature 0°C, time 30min, mixing solvent ratio 9:1.
